Wt 3.7.0 & 4.4.0 released

We’ve just released Wt 4.4.0 and Wt 3.7.0.

Among other things, this release adds support for multiple X axes to the 2D charts.

Indeed, the widgets gallery is a real selling point, it should be more visible.
And I think it would be beneficial if the syntax was less bloated, like removing the prefix Wt::cpp14:: as it's in std since c++14
